   Using a search facility can be tricky at times - the search needs to match your inquiry exactly. Many times if you put multiple words, you will accidentally eliminate your result. It is best to keep your search as simple as possible - "Less is More," using as few unique words as possible. So try a few different ways of searching before giving up! Also, check your spelling - spelling counts, especially on transliterated words.

Domestic orders in the Continental United States can be shipped via Ground Delivery, 2-Day Service, or Priority Overnight.

EVERYDAY FREE SHIPPING! on orders over $75.
Everyday Free Shipping is valid in the Continental U.S. only on purchases of $75 or more in the same order. Taxes and prior purchases do not qualify toward the minimum purchase requirement. Eligible customers must select standard ground shipping during checkout to receive free shipping.

This service is only available in the Continental USA. Orders that do not meet the minimum $75 requirement for Everyday Free Shipping pay a flat rate charge of ONLY $4.95 for your ENTIRE order.

All orders of in-stock items placed by 2 pm Eastern time Monday - Thursday will ship the same day! On Friday orders of in-stock items placed by 10:30 am Eastern time will ship the same day. Check the map below for our fast delivery times!

3-Day Service
3-Day Service will be shipped the same business day if it's received by 2:30 p.m. EST Monday - Thursday, pending order verification. On Friday orders of in-stock items placed by 10:30 am Eastern time will ship the same day. Your order will be received before the end of the third business day. 2-Day Service
2-Day Service will be shipped the same business day if it's received by 2:30 p.m. EST Monday - Thursday, pending order verification. On Friday orders of in-stock items placed by 10:30 am Eastern time will ship the same day. Your order will be received before the end of the second business day. Priority Overnight
Priority Overnight will be shipped the same business day if it's received by 2:30 p.m. EST Monday - Thursday, pending order verification. International Shipping Options and Ship Times

International shipping options and ship times vary from country to country. Please see below for shipping options. These options are not trackable. There is a good likelihood that your packages will be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your packages shipped. These charges and any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Israel

Expedited Service
All orders being shipped to Israel ship to you via Expedited Service directly from Gitler, our distributor in Israel. This service takes approximately 3-5 business days from when your order is shipped. Your entire order ships for $9.00. Please note there is a 15% VAT charge added to your order. Your credit card will be charged in Israeli Currency.

Global Express Mail
Global Express Mail will usually ship by the next business day, pending order verification. Your order is airmailed to the local postal system of the destination country. You can expect your order in about 6-10 business days. For actual shipping costs, please click here.

Global Priority Mail
Global Priority Mail will usually ship by the next business day, pending order verification. Your order is airmailed to the local postal system of the destination country. You can expect your order in about 10-15 business days. For actual shipping costs, please click here.

ArtScroll.com Return Policy

Our Return Policy Is Simple:
You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Books must be in their original condition. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.

Returns are Easy:
Simply fill out the return form that was enclosed in your order. Include the return form with your return, and wrap the package securely. For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for shipment.

If you do not have your return form, please contact our sales department.

Returning Gifts:
We are happy to accept returns of gifts within 30 days of receipt. We will exchange your gift, or issue a gift certificate for the amount of the items being returned to the gift recipient at the same address to which the order was shipped. We cannot refund cash for returned gifts.

Please be sure to include the return form with your contact information.

Refunds:
We will notify you of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. Please note that we can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.

Tax Information

In accordance with applicable state law, we are required to collect sales tax in New York State where ArtScroll.com has its operation. Sales tax is applied to the total amount of the order, including shipping and handling charges and is based on the shipment's destination state and local sales tax rates.

For your planning and convenience, we display an estimated sales tax amount when orders are placed. The exact sales tax will be listed on your invoice (packing slip) and reflects all state and local taxes of your order destination at the time your order is shipped.

No sales tax is collected on the purchase of Gift Certificates. However, purchases paid for with Gift Certificates will be charged sales tax where required.
